Return Period
At LUMINARA, you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the item must be returned in its original condition:
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- unstained;
- free from odours;
- undamaged;
- with its tags, if present;
- in its original packaging, if possible.
Items Not Accepted
We may refuse a return if:
- the 15-day return period has passed;
- the item has been worn;
- the item has been washed;
- the item is stained or damaged;
- the item has an odour;
- the item is not returned in its original condition.

- the email address used when placing the order;
- the item concerned;
- the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a carrier with a tracking number, as LUMINARA cannot be held responsible for a lost return parcel.
Refund
Once the return has been received and checked, we will inform you by email. If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
